- A quote or article still shows older data
- Check its update date, allow for caching, and refresh later. Public pages can retain cached content; a successful save does not guarantee instant visibility everywhere.
- The AI table asks for clarification
- Label columns, periods, companies and units explicitly. Avoid combining unrelated datasets without explaining their relationship. A clarification leaves the current table unchanged.
- The table generator rejects changed numbers
- Provide exact, consistently formatted values. Do not ask the generator to compute totals, convert currencies or round inputs. Apply only a proposal you have checked.
- Daily stock history is missing
- Administrators should inspect the cron request and database write result. HTTP 200 alone is not proof that snapshots were saved. Deploying a fix does not backfill missing dates.
- Process OTC skips an update
- A completed same-day valuation is skipped intentionally to prevent repeated compounding. Inspect the workflow result and update timestamp before retrying.
- Cleanup reports zero deletions
- Cleanup deletes only news_scores older than seven days by creation time. Zero can be valid if no rows meet that condition. It does not clean stock, commodity, OTC or article history.
- A new hero cannot be published
- The publication RPC and database constraint must exist. Administrators should inspect the save error before retrying; do not disable the unique-active constraint as a workaround.
